Любая система, используемая организацией в целях обеспечения возврата непогашенных ссуд в течение разумного срока. Предполагает выработку кредитной политики (credit policy), установление кредитного рейтинга (credit raiting) клиентов и преследование клиентов, имеющих просроченные ссуды. См. также: factoring (факторинг).
